Sera Disclaimer: Sera is a student-run mobile application. It is an independent platform for student use and is not an official service provided or managed by any school district.
We are Amir Mechkour, doing business as Sera and Sera HQ. We operate the mobile application Sera (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and us. By accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Minors (under 18) must have parental permission and supervision to use the Services.

The Services may invite you to chat or participate in forums. Any content you create ("Contributions") may be viewable by other users. You retain full ownership of your contributions, but you grant us a license to host, use, and copy that content to provide the service.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on devices owned or controlled by you. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access or delete accounts at our sole discretion, without notice, for any breach of these terms.
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO $10.00 USD. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Sera is designed to support a positive educational environment. By using the platform, users agree not to engage in bullying, harassment, or the distribution of prohibited substances. We reserve the right to remove any content that disrupts the educational focus of the community.
