In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, including names, email addresses, school schedules, and grades. We also process account login credentials.

Sensitive Information

We process personal data from known minors (ages 13-17) and account login credentials to provide the Services. We do not process sensitive data related to racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or health data.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

We use your information to facilitate account creation, provide the AI-powered schedule scanning feature (via Anthropic API), and manage student communications.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and with service providers.

We share information with third-party service providers, including Google (Firebase) for data storage and authentication, and Anthropic for AI processing of schedule images.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies (like beacons/pixels) to collect and store your information.

We use tracking technologies for analytics (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand how students interact with the app and to fix technical bugs.

5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

If you choose to register using a Google account, we will receive your name and email address from Google to facilitate account creation.

6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the US, please be aware that your information is being transferred to and processed in US-based facilities.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. Upon request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We collect information from minors aged 13 to 17 for the purpose of providing school-related services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or market to children under 13 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete such data.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email provided below.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals as no uniform technology standard has been finalized.

11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest version.
